Working principle of ABS system
ABS pump automatically controls and adjusts the size of braking force in the braking process, eliminates deviation, sideslip, tail dump and loss of steering ability in the braking process, improves the stability of the car in braking, steering control ability, and shorths the braking distance. In the emergency braking, the braking force is stronger and shorths the braking, thus achieving the directional stability of the vehicle in the braking process. When the car is steering, the ABS sensor needs to be transmitted to the ECU through the steering force of the wheel to prevent the front wheel of the car from being locked during braking. The ABS system has the function of calculation and control to collect the signals from various sensors. The working process of ABS is: maintaining pressure, reducing pressure, pressurizing and cycle control. The ECU immediately instructs the pressure regulator to release the pressure on the wheel, so that the wheel can recover its power, and then issues an instruction to make the actuator move to avoid the wheel lock. ABS does not work when the main driver just presses the brake pedal. When the main driver presses the brake pedal urgently, the ABS system begins to calculate which wheel is locked. Effectively overcome the emergency braking deviation, sideslip, tail spin, to prevent the car from losing control and other situations!
