Pump pulley Common fault
(1) the vane pump steering is wrong, check the steering;
(2) The medium dirty blade is stuck: flip the drive shaft, reverse and reverse a few turns to let the pump blade activity, still not up the pressure, then remove the pump inspection;
(3) suction pipe leakage: check and eliminate leakage;
(4) Suction pipe gas can not be discharged from the outlet: check the valve, open the outlet pipe, so that the gas is discharged from the outlet.
Work pressure is not up to par
(1) The speed is too low. Increase the speed appropriately;
(2) Seal a large number of leaks, first check whether the bearing is damaged, if not broken, check the oil seal and replace;
(3) The opening pressure of the safety valve is too low, adjust the safety valve bolt to meet the required pressure;
(4) The internal loss of the oil pump is too large, and the main parts of the sliding vane pump such as: eccentric sleeve of the pump body, end cover, rotor, blade, etc., are too worn to replace the parts.
Vibration and noise
(1) Bearing damage, replace the bearing;
(2) the pump shaft and the drive shaft are different, the offset is too large, adjust the concentricity of the pump shaft and the drive shaft, so that the tilt Angle shall not be greater than 7 degrees;
(3) the foot of the slide pump is loose, tighten the anchor bolt of the oil pump;
(4) Eccentric sleeve wear is too large, replace the eccentric sleeve.
Double problem
(1) The air pressure is too low or the solenoid valve fails, increase the air pressure or replace the solenoid valve;
(2) The flexible shaft cable falls off or is not flexible, adjust and lubricate or replace.
