Troubleshooting method
Abnormal sound should stop for inspection
1. Retighten the nacelle cover fastening bolts
2. Re-adjust the coaxiality of the wind wheel shaft and the speeder, tighten the fixing bolts and tighten them firmly; If the bearing is damaged, replace the bearing and reinstall the bearing seat
3. Adjust the coaxiality of the speeder and re-tighten its fixing bolts; Remove speeder, replace bearing and oil seal, reinstall speeder
4. Re-fix the brake and adjust the brake pad clearance
5. Readjust the coaxiality of the generator and tighten the fastening bolts firmly
6. Replace the coupling
