The bus dashboard is a control console for the bus driver to control the bus running and realize other functions. Dashboard classification
The instrument panel can monitor and control the working state of the mining dump truck in real time, which is the direct embodiment of man-machine interaction. Various instrument panels, indicators can reflect the operation of the car, and through buttons, knobs, handles and other control devices to achieve the driver's control of the car, the dashboard is the "central nervous system" in the operation of the car.
According to the installation position, the instrument panel can be divided into three categories: main instrument panel, central control panel and elevated instrument panel. The main instrument panel has the most lights, indicators and commonly used control buttons. In order to facilitate the driver's real-time monitoring of the status of the mine car, the indicating device of the vehicle operation is arranged on the main instrument table and the elevated instrument table, and the data that the driver is required to observe at all times (such as speed, brake indication, fault display, etc.) must be set on the main instrument table consistent with the central axis of the main driver seat. In addition, there are 2 ~ 3 air conditioning outlets on the main instrument table.
With the continuous improvement of mining dump truck technology, expanded functions and the use of new technologies, the space of the main instrument panel has been unable to provide sufficient space for the installation of these new devices. However, the cab of the mining dump truck has the characteristics of high position and lower vision, which makes the elevated instrument platform more and more applied in the mining dump truck.
Arrangement of instrument
The arrangement of the instrument is based on the principle of ensuring the driver's operation, observation and attention, the distance between the control handle and the button, as well as the identification of the instrument and the indicator light should meet the ergonomic requirements, the common instrument and button should be arranged in the horizontal field of view of 20° ~ 40°, and the important instrument and button should be set in the center of the field of view of 3°. Only minor instruments and buttons are allowed to be set in the 40° ~ 60° area, except for infrequently used and unimportant instruments, which should not be set outside the 80° horizontal field of view. The control button and handle should be arranged on the right side of the instrument panel and within the distance that the driver's right hand can easily access, the instrument should be arranged on the left side, the indicator should be arranged above the instrument, and the instrument requiring real-time observation can be placed on the viewport between the driver and the steering wheel rim and the wheel width.
After the seat position is determined, when more instruments are arranged in the main instrument table in front of the operator, the instrument table can be designed into a straight shape, arc or trapezoid. When arranging the instrument, the visual distance is best in the range of 560 ~ 750mm, and the instrument table should be as vertical as possible with the driver's line of sight, and it is also necessary to consider that the height of the main instrument panel will not affect the field of view. Such visual distance and arrangement can make the eyes not easy to fatigue when working for a long time, too close or too far will affect the speed and accuracy of the human eye.
