Oil sensing plug refers to oil pressure sensor. The principle is that when the engine is running, the pressure measuring device detects the oil pressure, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal, and sends it to the signal processing circuit. After voltage amplification and current amplification, the amplified pressure signal is connected with the oil pressure gauge through the signal line.
The engine oil pressure is indicated by the ratio of current between the two coils in the variable oil pressure indicator. After voltage amplification and current amplification, the pressure signal is compared with the alarm voltage set in the alarm circuit. When the alarm voltage is lower than the alarm voltage, the alarm circuit outputs the alarm signal and lights the alarm lamp through the alarm line.
Oil pressure sensor is an important device for detecting oil pressure of automobile engine. The measurements help to control the normal operation of the engine.
The oil sensing plug is composed of a thick film pressure sensor chip, a signal processing circuit, a housing, a fixed circuit board device and two leads (signal line and alarm line). The signal processing circuit consists of a power supply circuit, a sensor compensation circuit, a zerosetting circuit, a voltage amplifying circuit, a current amplifying circuit, a filter circuit and an alarm circuit
