High speed characteristic
Good high-speed characteristics. For the general involute gear pump, if the speed is too high, the effect of centrifugal force will lead to the formation of insufficient tooth oil "holes", so that the efficiency of the pump is reduced, therefore, the speed rarely exceeds 3000rpm, and the circular speed is within 5 ~ 6m/s. For cycloidal rotor pump, the oil suction and discharge Angle range is large, at high speed rotation, the role of centrifugal force is conducive to the filling of oil in the tooth valley, will not produce harmful "hole" phenomenon, therefore, the speed range of cycloidal rotor pump can be several hundred to nearly ten thousand revolutions.
