The engine cover shall be installed in the reverse order of removal. Before the fixing bolts of the engine cover and hinge are tightened, the engine cover can be adjusted from front to back, or the hinge gasket and buffer rubber can be adjusted up and down to make the gap match evenly.
Adjustment of engine cover lock control mechanism
Before adjusting the engine cover lock, the engine cover must be corrected properly, then loosen the fixing bolt, move the lock head back and forth, left and right, so that it is aligned with the lock seat, the front of the engine cover can also be adjusted by the height of the dovetail bolt of the lock head.
