Automobile brake hose
Automobile brake hose (commonly known as brake tube), is used in the automobile brake system parts, its main role is to transfer the braking medium in the automobile brake, to ensure that the braking force is transferred to the automobile brake shoe or brake pliers to produce braking force, so as to make the brake effective at any time
A flexible hydraulic, pneumatic, or vacuum duct in a brake system, in addition to a pipe joint, used to transmit or store hydraulic, pneumatic, or vacuum pressure for automotive brake afterpressure
Conditions of test
1) The hose assembly used for the test shall be new and shall be aged for at least 24 hours. Keep hose assembly at 15-32°C for at least 4 h before test;
2) The hose assembly for flexural fatigue test and low temperature resistance test must be removed before installation on the test equipment, such as steel wire sheath, rubber sheath, etc.
3) Except for high temperature resistance test, low temperature resistance test, ozone test, hose joint corrosion resistance test, other tests must be carried out in the room temperature of 1-5 2 °C range
