Steering Knuckle, also known as "ram Angle", is one of the important parts of the automobile steering bridge, which can make the car run stably and transfer the direction of travel sensitively. The function of the steering knuckle is to transfer and bear the load of the front of the car, support and drive the front wheel to rotate around the kingpin and make the car turn. In the driving state of the car, it bears variable impact load, therefore, it is required to have a high strength, the steering knuckle through three bushings and two bolts and the body is connected, and through the flange of the brake mounting hole and the brake system. When the vehicle is traveling at high speed, the vibration transmitted by the road surface to the steering knuckle through the tires is the main factor to be considered in our analysis. In the calculation, the existing vehicle model is used to apply 4G gravitational acceleration to the vehicle, and the support force of the three center points of the bushing of the steering knuckle and the center points of the two bolt mounting holes is calculated as the applied load, and the freedom of all the nodes on the end face of the flange connecting the brake system is constrained.
