How the car nozzle works
The working principle of the automobile fuel injection nozzle is mainly based on the electromagnetic control mechanism. When the engine control unit (ECU) gives a command, the coil in the nozzle creates a magnetic field, which pulls up the needle valve and allows fuel to be sprayed through the nozzle. Once the ECU stops supplying power and the magnetic field disappears, the needle valve is closed again under the action of the return spring, and the fuel injection process is terminated .
Electromagnetic control mechanism
The fuel nozzle is controlled by electromagnetic principle. Specifically, when the ECU gives a command, the coil in the nozzle generates a magnetic field, pulls up the needle valve, and the fuel is sprayed through the nozzle. After the ECU stops the power supply, the magnetic field disappears, the needle valve is closed under the action of the return spring, and the oil injection process is finished .
Fuel injection system
The fuel nozzle atomizes the fuel at high pressure and accurately sprays it into the cylinder of the engine. According to the different injection methods, it can be divided into single point electric injection and multi-point electric injection. Single-point EFI is designed to mount the injector in the carburetor position, while multi-point EFI installs one injector on the intake pipe of each cylinder for finer fuel injection control .
The automobile nozzle, also known as the fuel injection nozzle, is an important part of the automobile engine fuel injection system. Its main function is to inject gasoline into the cylinder, mix it with air and burn it to produce power. The fuel injection nozzle ensures the normal operation of the engine by controlling the time and amount of oil injection.
The working principle of the nozzle is realized through the solenoid valve. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, suction is generated, the needle valve is sucked up, the spray hole is opened, and the fuel is sprayed at high speed through the annular gap between the shaft needle and the spray hole at the head of the needle valve, forming a fog, which is conducive to full combustion. The fuel injection volume of the fuel injection nozzle is an important factor to determine the air-fuel ratio of the automobile engine. If the fuel injection nozzle is blocked by carbon accumulation, it will lead to engine jitter and insufficient driving force.
Therefore, it is necessary to clean the nozzle regularly. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended that in the case of good vehicle condition and good oil quality, the oil nozzle should be cleaned every 40,000-60,000 kilometers. If the injection nozzle is found to be blocked, it should be cleaned in time to avoid more serious damage to the engine.
