There is a slight vibration on the gas pedal
The earliest car accelerator pedal models are pulled wire, and now they are basically Hall sensors, so there is no motor or rotating parts on the accelerator pedal itself, so the slight vibration of the accelerator pedal is generally due to excessive engine shake or body resonance, resulting in transmission to the accelerator pedal above, the possible reasons for failure are as follows:
The first kind, the engine ignition coil or spark plug due to a long time has not replaced the internal insulation parts aging, resulting in secondary fire jumping or poor performance, resulting in the engine can not work smoothly, shake transmitted to the accelerator pedal. The solution is to replace the damaged ignition coil or a replacement set of spark plugs.
Second, the vehicle engine due to the filling of fuel is not good or the vehicle in the urban stop-and-go for a long time, did not pull the high-speed. This situation will make the engine internal carbon accumulation too much, the vehicle nozzle into the cylinder of fuel is absorbed by carbon deposition. The engine is not in the best working condition, and the vibration is transmitted to the gas pedal.
Third, the engine or transmission machine mat aging damage, can not reach the function of shock buffering, engine vibration will be transmitted to the steering wheel in the cockpit through the body, shake transmission of the accelerator pedal. The solution is to replace the damaged engine or gearbox floor MATS.
Fourth, the engine throttle is too dirty, so that the air inside the engine is not evenly into the cylinder combustion, resulting in engine jitter, this jitter will also be transferred to the steering wheel, so the jitter transfer to the accelerator pedal.
Fifth, the tire dynamic balance is not good, leading to the body resonance in the process of driving, the resonance is transmitted to the body, leading to the accelerator pedal vibration, at this time we need to go to the maintenance mechanism, do four-wheel dynamic balance.
