Working principle

When the car collides with the fixed object in front of it, the faster the car is traveling, the greater the deceleration, and the more force the sensor receives. If the pre-set force of the front sensor and the central sensor is divided into upper and lower limits, that is, the predetermined impact speed of the front sensor is less than the lower limit value of 30km/h, and the corresponding preset value of the safety sensor is also the lower limit value, then the electronic controller only causes the seat belt pretensioner to detonate when the car crashes at low speed. If the preset value of the central sensor is the upper limit, when the car crashes at high speed, the front sensor, the central sensor and the safety sensor simultaneously output the collision signal to the electronic controller, and the electronic controller detonates all the electric detonators, then the seat belt is strained and the air bag is opened.
From the collision, the sensor sends a signal to the controller determines to detonate the electric detonator, about 10ms time. After detonation, the gas generator produces a large amount of nitrogen, which quickly inflates the air bag.
