The working principle of the oil filter is to remove impurities in the oil by means of physical barrier. The interior usually contains one or more filter elements, which can be made of paper, chemical fiber, glass fiber or stainless steel. When the oil flows through the filter, impurities are trapped, and the clean oil continues to flow through the filter. With the increase of use time, the filter element will gradually clog and need to be replaced or cleaned regularly.
Working principle of oil filter
The working principle of the oil filter is mainly to use centrifugal force to separate the impurities in the oil. After the equipment is opened, the oil is sent to the rotor through the pump, and the oil is sprayed along the nozzle after filling the rotor, generating a driving force to make the rotor rotate at high speed. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor separates the impurities from the oil. The speed of the oil filter is usually 4000-6000 revolutions per minute, generating more than 2000 times the force of gravity, effectively removing impurities in the oil.
Oil filter model specifications
The type specifications of oil filters can be classified according to their filtration accuracy and application field.
TFB oil suction filter : mainly used for hydraulic system high-precision oil suction filtration, filter metal particles and rubber impurities and other pollutants, extend the service life of the oil pump. The flow rate is 45-70L/min, the filtration accuracy is 10-80μm, and the working pressure is 0.6MPa.
double oil filter : used for fuel oil and lubricating oil filtration, filter out insoluble oil dirt, keep the oil clean. The implementation standard is CBM1132-82.
YQ oil filter : suitable for clean water, oil and other media, the use temperature does not exceed 320℃. The filter is installed in the water supply system, oil circuit system, air conditioning system, etc., which can remove all kinds of debris in the medium and ensure the normal operation of various valves.
main pump oil filter : filtration accuracy is 1~100μm, the working pressure can reach 21Mpa, the working medium is general hydraulic oil, phosphate hydraulic oil and so on. The temperature range is -30℃~110℃, and the filter material is glass fiber filter material.
