The function of the return pipe is to relieve the pressure of the gasoline, reduce the fuel consumption, and return the excess fuel and gasoline vapor to the tank. In the diesel fuel supply system, the return pipe also plays a role in ensuring the stability of the pressure of the fuel system, so as to avoid the effect of too high or too low fuel on the working efficiency and life of the engine.
What symptom does the car return oil line block?
The car oil return pipe is blocked, and the following symptoms appear:
1, the consequences of the car return oil pipe plug will affect the start, because it is pressurized combustion, if the fuel ratio is not controlled well in the fuel injection time and space, it will be. But usually it starts, just black smoke;
2, the car return pipe is blocked because the oil pressure given by the oil pump is not normal. Oil pressure valve is not damaged;
3, the fuel pump supplies oil to the engine, forming a certain pressure in addition to the normal supply of fuel nozzle injection, the remaining fuel is sent back to the tank through the return pipe, of course, and the excess gasoline steam collected by the carbon tank is also returned to the tank through the return pipe.
Unsteady idle speed, engine jitter, stalling during driving, and sluggish throttle response. The common parts of oil circuit blockage are the suction pipe in the oil tank, the filter screen, the diesel filter, the oil tank cap vent and so on. The main problem caused by the blockage of the oil circuit is the injection of diesel oil that does not meet the standard, or the mixing of impurities in the refueling process. The key to prevention is to ensure diesel clean and oil circuit seal, regular maintenance of the oil circuit, strengthen the cleaning and maintenance of the diesel filter, timely cleaning or replacement of the filter element, timely cleaning of the oil tank according to the operating environmental conditions, and thoroughly remove the sludge and water at the bottom of the oil tank. To clean the oil pipe, replace the oil filter, air compressor oil, head, etc.
