What happens if you only change the clutch plate without changing the pressure plate
If you only replace the clutch disc without replacing the already damaged or badly worn clutch pressure disc, it may cause the following problems:
clutch performance decline : clutch pressure disc and clutch disc work with each other, if the pressure disc has been damaged or worn, only replacing the clutch disc may not be able to fully restore the performance of the clutch, resulting in clutch slip, incomplete separation and other problems.
accelerated disc damage : If the disc is already damaged or worn, replacing only the clutch disc may accelerate further damage to the disc because the new clutch disc may not fit the damaged disc tightly enough, resulting in more wear.
safety hazard : The clutch performance decline will directly affect the driving safety of the vehicle, such as starting shivering, shifting difficulties, etc., in serious cases may lead to loss of control of the vehicle.
