2, door lock actuator: the central control lock actuator is used to execute the driver's instructions to lock or open the door lock. The door lock actuator has three driving modes: electromagnetic, DC motor and permanent magnet motor. Its structure is to lock the door or open the door by changing the polarity to change the direction of its movement
(1) Electromagnetic: it is equipped with two coils, which are used to open and lock the door lock, and the door lock centralized operation button is usually in the middle position. When the forward current is passed to the lock coil, the armature drive rod moves left and the door is locked. When the reverse current is passed to the door opening coil, the armature drives the connecting rod to move to the right, and the door is removed and opened.
(2) DC motor type: It is rotated by DC motor and transmitted by transmission device (transmission device has screw drive, rack drive and spur gear drive) to the door lock lock buckle, so that the door lock lock is opened or locked. Because the DC motor can rotate bidirectional, the lock can be locked or opened through the positive and negative rotation of the motor. This actuator consumes less power than the electromagnetic actuator.
(3) Permanent magnet motor type: permanent magnet motor mostly refers to permanent magnet step motor. Its function is basically the same as the first two, and the structure is quite different. The rotor is equipped with convex teeth. The radial clearance between the convex teeth and the stator pole is small and the magnetic flux is large. The stator has a plurality of axially distributed electromagnetic poles, and each electromagnetic coil is arranged radially. The stator is surrounded by an iron core, and each iron core is wrapped with a coil. When the current passes through a phase of the coil, the core of the coil generates a suction force to pull the convex teeth on the rotor to align with the magnetic pole of the stator coil, and the rotor will rotate to the minimum magnetic flux, that is, the one-step position. To make the rotor continue to rotate a step Angle, according to the desired rotation direction of the next phase of the stator coil input a pulse current, the rotor can be rotated. When the rotor rotates, the door lock is locked or opened by connecting.
controller
The door lock controller is a control device that provides the lock/open pulse current for the door lock actuator. No matter what kind of door lock actuator is by changing the direction of the actuator current to control the connecting rod to move left and right, to achieve the lock and open.
There are many kinds of door lock controllers, and according to its control principle, it can be roughly divided into three kinds of door lock controllers: transistor type, capacitor type and belt induction type.
(1) Transistor type: there are two relays inside the transistor door lock controller, one tube locks the door and one tube opens the door. The relay is controlled by the transistor switching circuit, and the charging and discharging process of the capacitor is used to control the duration of a certain pulse current, so that the actuator completes the locking and opening of the door.
(2) Capacitive: the door lock controller uses the capacitor charge and discharge characteristics, usually the capacitor is fully charged, and it is connected to the control circuit when it is working, so that the capacitor is discharged, so that the relay is energized and the short time draws, the capacitor is completely discharged, and the contact is disconnected through the relay current, and the door lock system is no longer.
(3) Speed sensing type. Equipped with a speed of 10km/h induction switch, when the speed is greater than 10km/h, if the door is not locked, the driver does not need to start, the door lock controller automatically locks the door.
Remote control principle
The wireless remote control function of the central lock means that you can open and lock the door remotely without inserting the key into the lock hole, and its biggest advantage is that no matter day or night, there is no need to find the lock hole, and it can be unlocked (open the door) and locked (lock the door) remotely and conveniently.
The basic principle of remote control is: a weak radio wave is sent from the owner's side, the radio wave signal is received by the car antenna, the signal code is identified by the electronic controller ECU, and then the actuator of the system (motor or electromagnetic manager circle) performs the action of opening/closing. The system is mainly composed of two parts: transmitter and receiver.
1. Transmitter
The transmitter is composed of transmitting switch, transmitting antenna (key plate), integrated circuit, etc. It is integrated with the signal sending circuit on the key plate. From the identification code storage loop to the FSK modulation loop, which is miniaturized by the use of a single-chip integrated circuit, a lithium battery with a snap button type is installed on the opposite side of the circuit. The transmission frequency is selected according to the radio wave goodness of the country of use, and the 27, 40, and 62MHz frequency bands can be generally used. The transmitting switch transmits signals once every time the press button is pressed.
2. Receiver
The transmitter uses FM modulation to send out the identification code, receives it through the FM antenna of the vehicle, and demodulates it by using the FM high frequency increase processor of the receiver ECU, and compares it with the identification code of the decoded regulator. If the code is correct, input the control circuit and make the actuator work.
The door lock remote control system is usually composed of a portable transmitter and a receiver in the car, and the identifiable signal sent from the transmitter is received and decoded by the receiver, driving the door lock to open or lock, and its main role is to facilitate the driver to lock the door or open the door.
Users can protect their cars by setting the lock unlocking password of the remote ECU, and alarm when the door is illegally opened.
When the modern lock receives the correct code signal, the control wave receiving circuit is triggered to the receiving time plus 0.5s, and then returns to the standby state. If the input code signal does not match, the receiving circuit will not be triggered. Base in 10min there are more than 10 code signal input does not match, the lock thinks that someone is trying to steal the car, so stop receiving any signals, including receiving the correct code signal, in this case must be mechanically inserted by the owner with the key door to open the door. The recovery of signal reception can be started by key ignition and the main switch of the remote control door lock system can be turned off and then opened. If the door is not opened within 30 seconds after the door is unlocked by the remote control mechanism, the door will be automatically locked.
