Vacuum booster principle ‌ : brake booster pump (commonly known as brake booster pump) plays a key role in the braking process. It uses the principle of inhaling air when the engine is working to form a vacuum state on one side of the booster, resulting in a pressure difference relative to the normal air pressure on the other side, thereby enhancing the braking thrust. Even if there is only a small pressure difference between the two sides of the diaphragm, due to the large area of the diaphragm, a large amount of thrust can still be generated to push the diaphragm towards the end of the low pressure ‌.
Working process ‌ : When the engine is running, pressing the brake pedal will close the vacuum valve, and open the air valve at the other end of the push rod, so that air will enter the chamber and cause the air pressure imbalance. Under the action of negative pressure, the diaphragm is pulled to one end of the master brake pump, driving the push rod of the master brake pump, so as to realize the amplification of the leg strength ‌.
