1. The radiator shall not come into contact with any acid, alkali or other corrosive properties. 2. It is recommended to use soft water. Hard water should be used after softening treatment to avoid blockage and scale in the radiator.
3. When using antifreeze, in order to avoid the corrosion of radiator, please be sure to use the long-term anti rust antifreeze produced by regular manufacturers and in line with national standards.
4. During the installation of the radiator, please do not damage the radiator (sheet) and bruise the radiator to ensure the heat dissipation capacity and sealing.
5. When the radiator is completely drained and then filled with water, turn on the water drain switch of the engine block first, and then close it when water flows out, so as to avoid blisters.
6. Check the water level at any time during daily use, and add water after shutdown and cooling. When adding water, slowly open the water tank cover, and the operator's body should be as far away from the water inlet as possible to prevent scald caused by high-pressure steam ejected from the water inlet.
7. In winter, in order to prevent the core from cracking due to icing, such as long-term shutdown or indirect shutdown, the water tank cover and drain switch shall be closed to drain all the water.
8. The effective environment of the standby radiator shall be ventilated and dry.
9. Depending on the actual situation, the user shall completely clean the core of the radiator once in 1 ~ 3 months. When cleaning, wash with clean water along the side of the reverse inlet wind direction. Regular and complete cleaning can prevent the radiator core from being blocked by dirt, which will affect the heat dissipation performance and the service life of the radiator.
10. The water level gauge shall be cleaned every 3 months or as the case may be; Remove all parts and clean them with warm water and non corrosive detergent.
