Magnesium alloy has good die-casting performance, and the minimum thickness of die-casting parts can reach 0.5mm, which is suitable for the manufacture of various types of die-casting parts of automobiles. The magnesium alloy materials used are mainly cast magnesium alloys, such as AM, AZ, AS series cast magnesium alloys, of which AZ91D is the most used.

Magnesium alloy die castings are suitable for automotive instrument panels, car seat frames, gearbox housings, steering wheel control system components, engine parts, door frames, wheel hubs, brackets, clutch housings and body brackets.
