2. Technical requirements: the outer contour of the casting shall be processed completely, and there shall be no casting defects such as shrinkage porosity, air hole and sand hole after finishing.The metal lographic structure is medium flake type, graphite type, uniform structure and small section sensitivity (especially small hardness difference).
3. Production process: most domestic manufacturers use clay sand Wet Mold, manual template mold and grease sand core. Individual manufacturers or individual varieties of castings use tree is coated sand hot core box process, and some manufacturers also produce car discs on the molding line. Cupola is mostly used for smelting, and cupola and electric furnace are also used for smelting.
